AME Elite Consortium Bhd (KL:AME) has proposed to provide up to RM100 million in financial assistance to Suling Hill Development Sdn Bhd, a 50%-owned jointly controlled entity of its wholly owned subsidiary Northern Industrial Park Sdn Bhd.
