Pavilion Real Estate Investment Trust (Pavilion REIT) said its net property income (NPI) rose 38.97% to RM134.64 million for the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2023  (4QFY2023), from RM96.89 million a year earlier, due to increased revenue from its malls, including newly acquired Pavilion Bukit Jalil.

Sentral Real Estate Investment Trust (Sentral REIT)'s net property income (NPI) rose 30.21% to RM36.26 million for the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2023 (4QFY2023), from RM27.85 million a year earlier, on the back of higher revenue.

Property developer YNH Property Bhd said it has received offers to buy its Mont'Kiara retail shopping mall, which sits on a six-acre land, and is expected to finalise the selection of the buyer in a month.

Rapid Synergy said the land in question is a freehold piece of land that was amalgamated from three parcels in Sri Hartamas here.

Bursa Securities previously freezed the lower limit for both Rapid Synergy and YNH Property last Wednesday.  

The operating expenses increased due to higher electricity costs and routine lift maintenance that occurs every few years. 

YNH Property Bhd, in which prominent investor Datuk Dr Yu Kuan Chon is the largest shareholder with a 32.6% stake, shared details of a turnkey construction contract (TCA) in relation to a RM150 million land deal in Desa Sri Hartamas in response to a query from Bursa Malaysia.

Sentoria Group Bhd plans to raise up to RM150 million — more than three times its market capitalisation of RM40 million — from a redeemable convertible bonds issue to repay loans and finance property developments.

YNH Property Bhd, whose share price had tumbled 72% from a high of RM4.35 on Jan 4, revealed that it had proposed to purchase 5.1 acres of land here back in 2022 for RM150 million, cash, calling its non-disclosure of the deal earlier an "oversight".

Lim, 66, succeeds Datuk Abdul Majit Ahmad Khan, 78, who has resigned as the group’s independent and non-executive chairman. He was appointed to the position in August 2014.
