The date was fixed by Judicial Commissioner Quay Chew Soon during case management on Monday.
The witnesses included Rosmah’s former staff Datuk Rizal Mansor, former education minister Datuk Seri Mahdzir Khalid, and the ministry's former secretaries-general Tan Sri Madinah Mohamad and Datuk Seri Alias Ahmad.
Testifying in the cross-examination of her graft trial on questions by former Federal Court judge Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram, who was appointed a senior deputy public prosecutor, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor said she did not notice if the past prime minister's wife bore the title of First Lady
Substituted Service is an indirect method available to serve court papers when personal service is not possible.
Rosmah said the recording was a private conversation between her and her husband.
Rosmah added that action should also have been taken on Rizal and Saidi over their roles and offences, but the prosecution preferred to call them as witnesses instead of prosecuting them.
Rosmah, in her testimony of her defence in the graft trial, said Rayyan who was the 16th prosecution witness also agreed that Rizal liked name dropping.
“I have never ever asked or solicit for a bribe nor received any cash. I am also forbidden to meet any contractors. It is a fact that it was Rizal who arranged for Saidi and Rayyan to come to my Jalan Langgak Duta home, without my permission,” she testified in her defence
