According to former Penang executive councillor Lim Hock Seng, who testified today as the third prosecution witness in the graft trial of Guan Eng, Consortium Zenith BUCG reserved the right under the preliminary agreement with the state government to nominate the two companies, Ewein Zenith Sdn Bhd and Zenith Urban Development Sdn Bhd, as owners of the land

Former Penang executive councillor Lim Hock Seng said there were two tender briefings held on Nov 29 and Dec 14, 2011, both of which he attended. Testifying in former Penang chief minister Lim Guan Eng’s graft trial, Hock Seng said a total of 60 local and foreign companies submitted their pre-qualification exercise to participate in the tender briefing. 

Actress and businesswoman Datuk Geethanjali Gausillia Kathirvalu, who is the wife of Gnanaraja and the witness, said her husband did not share any information on the meeting with her.
