Taghill Holdings Bhd (KL:TAGHILL), formerly known as Siab Holdings Bhd, is taking legal action against a developer to recover an alleged outstanding payment of RM4.91 million.

Construction firm Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd (KL:KERJAYA) said on Thursday that it has secured an RM11.64 million contract for construction works from Tanjung Pinang Development Sdn Bhd (TPDSB).

As part of the agreement, the government will receive 15% of LSHSM’s annual revenue.

Mara Incorporated Sdn Bhd (Mara Inc) is currently drafting a comprehensive property valuation policy, which is expected to be submitted for board approval in this quarter, according to the Public Accounts Committee (PAC).
