In a filing today, Tadmax said its unit, Tadmax Indah Power Sdn Bhd, has signed a conditional share sale agreement (SSA) with Kepco for the disposal of a 25% stake in Pulau Indah Power Plant Sdn Bhd (PIPP), which owns the 1,200MW power plant project.
If successful, this would be Gamuda’s first Australian project.

As daily recoveries exceeded daily new infections for the eleventh time, active infections have fallen to 2,103 cases; there are a total of 5,389 cases as at yesterday.
So far, the cluster comprises 43 people who were found positive for Covid-19 on their return on April 16; 34 of them have been quarantined in Melaka, while nine have been isolated in Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.
This is the fourth time that Malaysia has reported only double-digit figures for daily new infections since the Movement Control Order was enforced on March 18 — all of which occurred in the last five days.
The infections are in three hospitals in the state, namely Hospital Queen Elizabeth 2, Women's and Children Hospital in Likas and Hospital Keningau.
