MontBleu Residences’ townhouses come with a standard intermediate built-up area of 1,889 sq ft to 2,066 sq ft, with each unit designed to have 3 + 1 bedrooms and four bathrooms. Prices start from RM399,000 onwards.
In line with SunCity’s ‘Lifestyles for Health & Sustainability’ concept, the townhouses come with a backyard garden measuring 25 ft wide and greenery.
Also planned for this development is a clubhouse featuring amenities that include a swimming pool, gymnasium, multi-purpose court, barbeque pit, reflexology path, outdoor gymnasium and children’s playground.

The project is scheduled for completion in Sept 2013.
