Its main shareholder and chief operations officer Gerda Chan (pictured) told theedgeproperty.com that so far, 20 bungalows have been sold and she expects more sales to be confirmed in the next few weeks.
The gated and guarded development offers five different designs for the bungalows, with built-ups from 3,400 sq ft to 6,400 sq ft. Templer Hills spans 11 acres, part of the total 19 acres parcels of land owned by the developer, which were bought some time back in 2005. Templer Hills is set to be completed by year-end.
Chan said they are targeting buyers from surrounding areas, and with the location being just 15 minutes from the Kuala Lumpur city centre and 10 minutes to Rawang (toll free), would be an added advantage. Chan added that newly-opened hypermarket Tesco is a just five minutes away from the development and two golf courses – Perangsang Templer Golf Club and Templer Park Country Club – are also close to Templer Hills.
Other completed projects by the developer include its maiden project the One Sri Damansara office complex as well as Menara RA in Bandar Sri Damansara.
