Mah Sing showcases five projects in Mapex 2016

PETALING JAYA (May 12): Mah Sing Group (Mah Sing) will shine the spotlight on five of its projects at the 2016 Mapex Property Showcase which started yesterday and ends this Sunday at the 1 Utama Shopping Centre, the developer said in a press release today.

The 2016 Mapex Property Showcase is organised by the Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association Youth (Rehda Youth) with the theme “A Better Home for A Better Tomorrow” and will feature residential properties from various developers. TheEdgeProperty.com is the media partner for the event.

“What sets Mah Sing apart from the other developers is our product offerings catered to different buyers and market segments. Some of our upcoming projects will add value to our buyers because of the ease of accessibility as well as the gated and guarded feature in our developments for security purposes,” the group said. 

The five projects that Mah Sing will showcase in the exhibition are the M Residence 2 at Rawang, Lakeville Residence at Taman Wahyu, Savanna Executive Suites and Lifestyle Shops at Southville City at KL South, The Loft at Southbay City, Penang and M City at Jalan Ampang.

Homes available at M Residence 2 include Caspia, a 2-storey cluster garden homes development. It comprises 196 units with built-up areas from 2,193 sq ft and indicative pricing from RM728,800.

Meanwhile, Lakeville Residence features 1,571 units of serviced apartments with built-up areas from 977sqft. Prices of units at the exhibition start from RM594,800.

Savanna Executive Suites and Lifestyle Shops comprise three-bedroom serviced apartments with built-ups from 956 sq ft and retail shops at the ground floor and first floor which have built-ups from 2,643 sq ft.

Meanwhile, The Loft features two towers of serviced apartments, with a total 78 units. With three units per floor, sizes start from 1,378 sq ft and are priced from RM1.08 million.

Last but not least are the serviced apartments at M City (pictured) along Jalan Ampang. The unit sizes start from 981 sq ft and prices from RM922,545.
