PETALING JAYA: The latest launch of the remaining towers of Selangor Dredging Berhad’s (SDB) Five Stones condominium development in Petaling Jaya is seeing brisk sales.

At the launch of Block D & E on January 16 the 25-storey 50-unit Block D was 92% taken up while slightly more than half of the 36-storey, 142-unit Block E was sold, said the developer.

SDB priced the units from RM1 million or about RM500 psf. The built-up of units in Block D ranges from 2,909 sq ft to 5,183 sq ft, while Block E units range between 2,024 sq ft and 4,741 sq ft. The total gross sales value for both Block D and E is RM220 million.

The units all come with air-conditioning in the living, dining and master bedrooms, are fitted with designer kitchen cabinets and various appliances including a centralised water filter.

The launch of the first three towers, Block A, B and C, was in August 2009 with a gross sales value of RM185 million. About 90% of the 147 units at the 38-storey Block A have been taken up whereas Block B and C are both sold out. Block B stands at 4-storeys with a total of eight units and Block C stands at 15-storeys with 30 units.

The design of the entire 4.9-acre freehold development features plenty of greenery and areas where the young and old can mingle. There are numerous walking paths and a clubhouse for residents.
