KUALA LUMPUR: Island and Peninsular Sdn Bhd (I&P) saw its recent launch of Canting 2 Parcel B (pictured) at Alam Impian, Shah Alam fully sold in three hours on Jan 30.

The parcel, with a gross development value of RM24.2 million, comprises only 48 units of 2-storey and 2½-storey terraced houses.

With built-ups ranging from 2,467 to 3,128 sq ft, on a lot size of 1,760 sq ft, the units are priced between RM444,888 and RM729,888.  The freehold units feature a modern tropical concept.

I&P had sold all 55 units of terraced homes at Canting 2 in Parcel A for a GDV of RM46 million during their launch in November last year.

Going forward in 2010, Alam Impian will see six more launches in Phase A1. These launches will offer a total of 371 units of 2-storey link homes as well as nine units of 2- and 3-storey shop offices.
