SYDNEY (March 8): Australia property group Crown Group revealed its latest eight penthouses in Sydney today.
The eight penthouses are located across three addresses, namely Oasis by Crown Group in Ashfield, V by Crown Group in Parramatta and Infinity by Crown Group in Gree Square.
“These apartments are the cream of the crop in Sydney. Each penthouse has been custom-designed by world-class architects and is built by Crown Group’s award-winning construction team,” said Crown Group director of sales and marketing Roy Marcellus in a statement.
He added that apartments like these are in high demand particularly from downsizers.
“There is a real lack of these larger luxury apartments in central locations in Sydney. Our penthouses represent the ultimate in luxury living and have arguably the best views in the inner-west and Parramatta,” Marcellus said.
He added that three penthouses at V by Crown Group in Parramatta will offer stunning panoramic views, occupying the two highest levels of the residential tower, some of the most exclusive positions in Western Sydney.
Each penthouse is set over two floors and includes three bedrooms, a study, two bathrooms, a guest powder room, an open-plan kitchen, an indoor-outdoor living area, two car spaces and a large balcony.
Meanwhile Oasis by Crown Group’s three-bedroom penthouse features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two car spaces and a large balcony with stunning views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney CBD.
The 158 sq m penthouse features an expansive indoor-outdoor living area, fully-equipped kitchen, LED strip lighting and Miele appliances.
