The project, situated on a 5.54-acre leasehold tract will consist of a hotel, serviced apartments and commercial units. The first phase will comprise one block housing 214 units of one-bedroom serviced apartments with built-ups from 509 sq ft and tagged from RM200,000 to RM350,000. There will also be 78 commercial units on the ground floor. The gross development value of the first phase is estimated at RM94 million.
Signature Landmark Property sales & marketing executive Eddie Aw tells theedgeproperty.com that the second phase will consist of two blocks of 3-bedroom apartments with a total of 229 units priced from RM208,000 and another 78 commercial units, while the final phase will be the hotel of which plans have not been finalised.
The developer has completed projects in Ipoh, Perak including commercial developments such as Greentown Nova and Bercham Nova.
