Adzura’s journey to becoming a high-performing real estate agent was sparked by a profound turning point during the COVID-19 pandemic. Before the lockdown, she focused on supporting her husband and their team. However, when the team fell apart, she made a deliberate decision to take full responsibility for her own sales and commit completely to her career for the sake of her family’s future.

The shift from a steady agent to a high-performer was driven by an internal mindset change.

Adzura realized that external motivation is temporary and that true success must come from within. “To me, motivation is temporary,” she said. “What truly sustains me is internal transformation and having the right mindset. I believe no one else can create our success for us, it has to come from within. Once that mindset is strong, consistency becomes second nature.”

She sets her annual goals by using her agency’s reward trips as a motivator, breaking down her targets into manageable monthly sales goals.

The extra mile that is taken is what builds trust is the foundation of success.

Adzura’s biggest differentiator in the market is her focus on building strong client relationships. “I focus on building strong relationships with my clients by going the extra mile to ensure their needs and preferences are fully met. I believe that trust is the foundation of every successful client-agent relationship,” she explained.

Adzura handled all types of properties, from low-cost flats to rentals, viewing every transaction as an opportunity to learn. “When I first started, I made it a point to learn everything, nothing was beneath me,” she said. “Each deal was unique, and I treated every one of them as an opportunity to sharpen my skills. Over time, I challenged myself to level up gradually and today, I specialize in high-end and luxury properties.”

Her view on continuous learning as a key to her growth, even without a personal mentor, and she is guided by the principle of Kaizen continuous improvement.

“Most of my income so far has come from active work. My next goal is to convert that active income into passive income, as my target is to move to the investor quadrant to grow wealth that works for me, not the other way around” she stated.

Adzura’s next benchmark is a major transition in her career. She aims to move from earning an active income to building a passive one.
