Today, his team has grown to over 45 agents and has secured more than 30 new industrial projects. He believes that choosing to focus on new projects was the best decision for both his personal growth and for scaling the business whereby during his rookie years, Vincent focused on new industrial projects. His next benchmark is to consistently achieve RM1 million in personal sales commission per year and to train his team members to become trusted industrial consultants. Beyond the numbers, his goal is to help more people build wealth, grow their mindsets, and achieve more purposeful lives, creating a ripple effect of success for those around him.
