Park Place was newly completed just last year. The average transaction price for this high-end condo in 2024 was RM1,200 psf. In 2025, the price has remained at RM1,200 psf as of end-August (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).
According Tony Ong (REN 50512) (017-623 1430) of Reapfield Properties (HQ) Sdn Bhd, the buyers viewed the unit as a good investment opportunity, particularly for its rental potential and long-term capital appreciation. They also found the pricing attractive given the scarcity of four-bedroom condominium units in this location. The previous owner sold the property as it was originally purchased for investment purposes.
As of the end August 2025, there were 54 sale listings on EdgeProp at Park Place @ ParkCity, with an average asking price of RM2,442,148.15 or RM1,473.50 psf, based on built-ups ranging from built-ups ranging from 1,109 to 3,000 sq ft.
