KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 19): Milestones Group, a property developer and design-and-build contracting business, has officially launched LINX Avenue at Kapar, Klang on Aug 15 (Friday).

In a statement, the group said the boutique industrial development has already secured a 50% take-up rate for Phase 1.

Located along Jalan Bukit Kapar, the group is of the view that the 32-acre freehold project is positioned within a rapidly transforming industrial hub in Selangor.

With earthworks and the sales gallery recently completed, construction of Phase 1 is scheduled to begin by end-2025 and slated for completion in 2028.

The development, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM250 million, will comprise 42 industrial factory units across two phases. Phase 1 offers modern three-storey units ranging from 12,120 sq ft and 14,775 sq ft, with land sizes from 14,875 sq ft to 17,500 sq ft.

Connectivity

The project is served by highways such as the WCE, NKVE, Shahpadu, and Federal Highway, and is expected to benefit from the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL), which will run along the eastern side of the development.

According to the group, two potential ECRL stations are planned within the vicinity of LINX Avenue, further enhancing connectivity.

In line with sustainable development goals, LINX Avenue will incorporate eco-conscious features including solar panels, EV charging facilities, and design specifications aimed at achieving GreenRE Bronze certification. The project also introduces an on-site Centralised Living Quarters (CLQ) to address worker accommodation and transport needs within the industrial park.

Milestones Group noted that it has built a strong track record through projects such as LINX 1 & 2 at Pandamaran, Klang, and LINX 3 Ampang, with a combined GDV of RM300 million.

Forward looking

The group also intends to expand its portfolio to RM500 million GDV through new industrial developments in the Klang Valley over the next two years, the group’s business development director, Bernard Ng told EdgeProp.my.

While details were not disclosed, Ng indicated that the immediate pipeline includes a residential project with industrial linkages.

“This project is envisioned to bring growth, opportunities, and long-term benefits to both the community and the industrial sector in Kapar, Klang.” said Milestone’s founder and director, William Leong.
