Malton launches final phase of Bukit Jalil City with Park Green Pavilion serviced apartment

KUALA LUMPUR (April 29): Malton Bhd (KL:MALTON) has officially launched Park Green Pavilion Bukit Jalil, a high-rise serviced residence development marking the final phase of its Bukit Jalil City township. This low-density, freehold project is directly connected to Pavilion Bukit Jalil Mall and is in proximity to the 80-acre Bukit Jalil Recreational Park.

The development, which opened for preview in October 2024, has achieved a take-up rate exceeding 65%, according to a media release dated April 29.

With a gross development value of RM778 million, Park Green Pavilion Bukit Jalil comprises 453 units housed in two 47-storey towers. Units range in size from 1,201 to 1,905 sq ft, with six to seven units per floor. The development includes features such as a personalised concierge service, twin lobbies, facilities located on Level 11 and a Sky Deck on Level 47.

Bukit Jalil City is a 50-acre integrated mixed-use development with access to recreational, medical and educational facilities, as well as Pavilion Bukit Jalil Mall.

The statement noted that Park Green Pavilion Bukit Jalil has received GreenRE certification in the residential category. Sustainable design elements include energy-efficient inverter air conditioning, solar photovoltaic systems, rainwater harvesting and natural cross-ventilation in over half of the units.
