The MET Corporate Towers ‘reimagines’ the future of office spaces

• First Grade A strata office in KL metropolis leads the way in work-leisure integration

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 17): The city recently welcomed another addition to its commercial skyline, The MET Corporate Towers (The MET) developed by Triterra.

Strategically located within the Mont’Kiara enclave, The MET is Malaysia’s first Grade A strata building in KL Metropolis.  

According to a media release by Triterra, The MET will redefine corporate spaces through an innovative blend of functionality, lifestyle integration, and cutting-edge tenancy management.

As for the leisure and lifestyle elements, The MET’s culinary offerings feature outlets such as %Arabica, Lacher Patisserie, Fiancée, Culinart, Gelato, Brotani, and SOL, a rooftop lounge on Level 40.

As for local delicacies , the Malaysiana Food Garden was conceptualised as a dynamic dining space, serving as a lively food court during the day and transforming into an accessible venue for events in the evenings, catering to a diverse range of consumers, offering tenants and visitors a plethora of choices, with JHOL, Niko Neko, and Atlas Super Bar soon to enhance choices.

There are also facilities like a state-of-the-art gym, a business theatre with a 70-seat auditorium, and a host of versatile event spaces on Level 9, “designed to command stunning views and elevate experiences for gatherings and functions”.

Also available is co-working hub "The MET Club by Colony" located on Level 10, which caters to start-ups, solo entrepreneurs, and small teams.

Another key innovation at The MET is its emphasis on flexibility and tenant-centric management. Offering office layouts that range from compact spaces ideal for start-ups to expansive whole-floor offices for larger corporations, the design allows tenants to scale their operations seamlessly without the need to relocate.
