Here are some details on five of the homes on the market to whet your appetite.

A happy done deal from the open house

Real estate negotiator Yin Yee (REN 21953) managed to close a deal from one of the two previous PropNex open houses highlighted by EdgeProp that involved a home in Ampang.

“This young couple came by on the second day of our open house, which was on a Sunday. They were actually the 10th visitors of the day (we had a pretty solid turnout that day!),” said Yin Yee.

“They spent over an hour at the house, walking around, soaking it all in while we had other people touring the place. They then suddenly came up to me and said, ‘This is the one’, and decided to move forward right then and there.
