SELANGOR (Oct 26): Tropicana Corp Bhd has announced a 70% take-up of Avisa Residences phase 1, Tropicana Alam, during its grand unveiling of the show units in Puncak Alam today.

The success of phase 1 encouraged the rollout of phase 2 which saw many early bird registrants wanting to find out more about the first 2-storey premium green terraces in Puncak Alam. Consisting of two main unit types, there is an additional 5 ft garden at the back of Type A houses while Type B houses are built with extra space in the kitchen area.
Avisa Residences phase 2 consists of 480 units with a targeted completion date in 2027.

In conjunction with the grand opening of the show units, an all-day Ria Ria Thai Bazaar was held at the Tropicana Alam Property Gallery from 11am to 10pm. The event saw more than 3,600 attendees, who were among the first to view the newly unveiled show units.
Tropicana Corp also donated to Puncak Alam and the underprivileged community, and planted five trees in one of the compounds within Tropicana Alam’s 4.5-acre park to kick start its green living pledge.
