OSK Property launches Assure+ and marks early completion of MIRA @ Shorea Park, Puchong

• The Assure+ home insurance scheme provides a two-year complementary protection package that includes home content coverage of up to RM50,000 and personal accident coverage of up to RM100,000.

PUCHONG (Aug 9): OSK Property yesterday unveiled Assure+ — a comprehensive insurance protection plan designed exclusively for OSK property homebuyers. Assure+ was launched in collaboration with Dindings Corporate Insurance Agency and RHB Insurance Bhd.

The Assure+ home insurance scheme provides a two-year complementary protection package that includes home content coverage of up to RM50,000 and personal accident coverage of up to RM100,000.

Dindings Corporate Insurance Agency will furnish homebuyers with the services, while RHB Insurance will act as the underwriter for the insurance coverage.

Homebuyers will enjoy the flexibility to extend the personal accident coverage to the additional names in the sale and purchase agreement (SPA) for a nominal sum. Assure+’s protection plans will also be aligned with the two year defects liability period (DLP).

“This innovative homeowners insurance scheme is tailored to protect our homebuyers with a peace of mind when they purchase a home with OSK. The launch of Assure+ was announced at OSK’s MIRAculous Night event which was held last night at MIRA @ Shorea Park, Puchong. MIRA @ Shorea Park is the first residential phase to be launched as part of OSK’s Shorea Park masterplan.

Ong also announced at the event that MIRA @ Shorea Park was completed 13 months ahead of its initial slated completion date, and has achieved a QLASSIC score of 82%, marking a major success for its in-house construction team. 

“Tonight’s event is not just about showcasing the architecture and design excellence of MIRA @ Shorea Park, but it is also about celebrating our dedication to enhancing the lives of our homeowners,” Ong explained.

OSK Property is set to launch another residential phase, NARA @ Shorea Park by the end of the year, which will be its third after MIRA @ Shorea Park and ANYA @ Shorea Park.

OSK Property also plans to dive into the arena of mixed developments in the future, with its fourth phase of Shorea Park to include retail and commercial elements as well.
