The average transacted prices for landed residential properties in Ara Damansara have decreased by 32.5% since 2022. This is the first decrease in prices which have been on a steady increase since 2019. This is in contrast to average transacted prices for non-landed residential properties, which suffered a decrease between 2019 to 2022, before recovering with a 14.1% increase in 2023.
