KUALA LUMPUR (July 10): Knight Frank Malaysia officially opened a new office in Miri, Sarawak on Wednesday, according to a press statement.

This is also Knight Frank Malaysia’s first office in Sarawak, and it is part of Knight Frank Malaysia’s strategic expansion plan to enhance its presence across Malaysia. The new office will offer a wide range of services, including residential and commercial property sales and leasing, property management, transactions, valuation and advisory services.

In the statement issued on Wednesday, Knight Frank Malaysia group managing director Keith Ooi said, “We are thrilled to establish a presence in Miri, Sarawak, and further strengthen our commitment to serving clients in East Malaysia. The opening of our new office reflects our confidence in the potential of the Sarawak market and our dedication to providing exceptional real estate services to our clients.”

The Miri office will be headed by Knight Frank Malaysia director of Sarawak branch Jane Liaw. She commented, “I am honoured to be entrusted with this role and excited to work alongside a talented team to deliver exceptional results for our clients. We are committed to providing the highest level of service and expertise to help clients navigate the dynamic real estate landscape in Sarawak.”
