Homeowners of Freesia Residences in Tropicana Aman receive vacant possession

• The lakeside homes also recorded a QLASSIC score of 81%.

PETALING JAYA (July 8): Tropicana Corporation Bhd recently conducted a handover of vacant possession to 198 homeowners of Freesia Residences in Tropicana Aman.

Freesia Residences is the lakeside phase of Tropicana Aman located on a 34-acre landbank featuring modern smart homes within a guarded township.

The 2-storey semi-detached and bungalow units possess a built-up ranging between 3,770 sq ft to 5,354 sq ft, offering a modern and spacious layout as well as high ceilings and large windows overlooking a garden or lake.

All units within Freesia Residences are equipped with 5+1 bedrooms and 6+1 bathrooms within two layout types. Tropicana Aman is the developer’s largest 863-acre self-contained township at Kota Kemuning.
