Tropicana and Maybank form partnership to provide Maybank MyDeco home financing

• This facility is available as a conventional loan or Islamic financing for existing Maybank and Maybank Islamic Home Financing customers.

PETALING JAYA (June 28): Tropicana Corporation Bhd has inked an agreement with Maybank to offer the Maybank MyDeco financing scheme.

This home financing solution provides Tropicana homeowners with the flexibility to integrate Maybank MyDeco Financing with their existing Maybank housing loan with an additional 30% margin of finance or up to a combined total of 120% of property value or up to RM250,000, whichever is lower. The financing tenure is for up to 10 years while the effective interest or profit rate is as low as 4.4% per annum.

This facility is available as a conventional loan or Islamic financing for existing Maybank and Maybank Islamic Home Financing customers.

Participating in the Maybank MyDeco financing scheme are Tropicana developments such as Tropicana Aman, Tropicana Alam, Tropicana Gardens and Tropicana Metropark.
