KUALA LUMPUR (June 26): Berjaya Tagar Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Berjaya Land Bhd (KL:BJLAND), officially launched an affordable residential project on Wednesday under Berjaya Flagship Affordable Homes (BFAH) called Pangsapuri Azalea in Subang Heights, Subang Jaya, Selangor.

The freehold development comprises 402 apartment units with a built-up of 900 sq ft. Each unit consists of five bedrooms and four bathrooms in a dual-key concept and is priced at RM250,000 per unit. The project is estimated to be completed by 2027.

According to a media statement issued on Wednesday, Berjaya Tagar said the dual-key concept offers significant advantages over other developments in which there are separate living areas allowing extended families to live together while maintaining privacy. “The additional space can also be used as a home office, providing a quiet and separate area for remote work. Alternatively, it can also serve as a guest suite, offering comfort and privacy for visitors,” the developer said.

"Pangsapuri Azalea is not only an excellent choice for homeownership but also perfectly suited for first-time homebuyers. Located in a desirable area with excellent amenities and transport links, properties in Subang Heights offer exceptional value for money, ensuring a great start in the housing market," said Berjaya Land group CEO Syed Ali Shahul Hameed in the same statement.

He added that the ongoing development and growth in Subang Heights indicate a positive outlook for property prices in the area.

Situated in Subang Heights, Pangsapuri Azalea is surrounded by amenities including shopping malls, international schools and medical facilities as well as various eateries and banks.
