KPKT honours SkyWorld’s consecutive FIABCI wins

KUALA LUMPUR (June 12): SkyWorld Development Bhd’s winning gold at the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards for two consecutive years has also received acknowledgment at home.  

The Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) honoured SkyWorld’s achievements at the Property Excellence Appreciation Ceremony in Putrajaya recently.

"SkyWorld's consecutive gold wins at the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards year after year truly highlight their dedication to excellence and innovation. Their achievements not only elevate the standards of our local real estate industry but also enhance Malaysia's reputation on the international stage,” said minister Nga Kor Ming. “It proves that our local developers can stand on par with leading developers around the world and our affordable housing is the ‘cream of the crop’,” he added.

SkyWorld's quality and innovation were recognised for the second year in a row with its third installment of the Awani series, SkyAwani 3, at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2024, held at Gardens by the Bay, Singapore.

SkyAwani 3, located at Setapak, achieved a QLASSIC score of 79%, the highest for the affordable housing category at that time.
