KUALA LUMPUR (May 29): Vizione Holdings Bhd (KL:VIZIONE) has bagged a RM250 million contract to construct apartments in Semenyih, Selangor, in a related-party transaction.

In a bourse filing, Vizione said the project comprises two 15-storey blocks and three 18-storey blocks.

The group said its unit Vizione Builder Sdn Bhd accepted the letter award from a real estate company, Midlands City Sdn Bhd.

Vizione managing director Datuk Ng Aun Hooi is the largest shareholder of Midlands City, with a 62% stake. The other shareholders in Midlands City are Ting Hing Khok (10%) and Ng Kok Kiang (28%).

Shares in Vizione closed down half a sen to four sen, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM82 million. Year to date, the stock has fallen 33%.
