DONE DEAL: Condominium, Bukit Ceylon, Kuala Lumpur
DONE DEAL: Terrace house, Putra Heights, Selangor
Bukit Ceylon’s property transaction values are as diverse as the demographics that live and work in the area. Based on the latest transaction data from 2023, prices for non-landed properties there can be as low as RM300,000. On the flip side, prices can jump up to RM1.4 million.
According to Ann Ong (PEA3506) (010-280 2014) of PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd who closed the deal, the owners sold the property at below market value as they were looking to cash out from Malaysia. Obviously, this was a good deal for the buyer. Three of Ong's November/December 2023 Bukit Ceylon Done Deals were also highlighted on our website.
