PETALING JAYA (6 March): A record-breaking transaction of RM39 million under the Fertile Tree award was revealed at the recently held Worldtree Properties Annual Dinner and Award Ceremony. It was the highest recorded single deal for the company in 2023.

According to Worldtree Properties director Edmond Kam, the Fertile Tree award represents the ‘Deal of the Year’, highlighting the highest sale price achieved for a property in a single transaction.

“Worldtree Properties motivates its agents to be high achievers by setting clear sales goals, offering attractive commissions, and publicly recognising top performers. We invest in continuous training and development, fostering both personal and professional growth opportunities for our agents,” he said.

Also in 2023, Worldtree Properties inked an MoU with EdgeProp to collaborate over a number of issues.  

“EdgeProp offers advanced technology tools and features. This collaboration can provide us with valuable data and market insights,” said Kam.

Back to the event, Kam stated that the agency has successfully adapted to market trends and changes by embracing technology advancements within the real estate industry. It stays informed about local real estate market trends and invests in effective marketing strategies, including online presence and professional branding, to reach a wider audience.

“Our goal for 2024 at Worldtree Properties is to enhance the sale and rental of properties by prioritising exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. We are committed to consistently assessing market trends, client preferences, and internal capabilities to formulate and execute strategic plans that promote growth, profitability, and long-term success,” he highlighted.

At the agency’s annual dinner and award ceremony, a total of 28 awards were distributed across seven categories.
