KUALA LUMPUR (March 4): Another addition to the city skyline, Orion Residence, topped out yesterday.

Developed by Welton Development, the 46-floor Orion Residence enjoys a Bukit Bintang address -- conveniently situated between Jalan Gading and Jalan Palmer.

Welton Development is a Johor-based developer that was incorporated in 2013.

Orion Residence will offer 21 unit designs from the Type A1 studio unit of 495 sq ft to Type D4 dual-key 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms at 1,271 sq ft.
