TH Properties launches Pristine Premier homes and Riposo Biz Centre in Bandar Enstek

NEGERI SEMBILAN (Feb 19): TH Properties Sdn Bhd launched Pristine Premier and Riposo Biz Centre, its latest residential and commercial project, during Karnival Hartanah Bandar Enstek over the weekend.

Pristine Premier, comprising 51 units of double-storey terrace house, is the final phase of Pristine project, with a gross development value of RM19.18 million.

The development, which features nature-inspired landscape and contemporary architectural design, came in the option of sizes ranging from 20ft x 80ft, 22ft x 77ft to 22ft x 90ft; and built-up areaa of 1,662 sq ft to 1,829 sq ft.

With prices starting from RM571,295 to RM863,160, “these homes present an unparalleled blend of affordability and comfort, set amid a robust and well-connected township,” stated TH Properties in a media release.

“The design concept and features built into these homes are in line with market demand. The previous three phases of Pristine development were fully taken-up and we expect this recent launch will also be well-received by our purchasers,” said head of Operations, Amri Shaari.

Complementing the residential offerings, TH Properties also unveiled six Riposo Biz Centre shop offices during the carnival. The two-storey shop offices come with built-up areas ranging from 2,926 sq ft to 4,798 sq ft, and prices starting from RM927,500 to RM1,571,700.
