You’ll hear about many neighbourhoods being referred to as the ‘Beverly Hills’ of Kuala Lumpur, but none embody that title more so than Bukit Damansara or Damansara Heights. The properties of Bukit Damansara line windy, quiet, tree-lined lanes that make them ideal homes. Commercial developments have also sprouted up in the area to provide good amenities.
According to Eugene Liew (E2362) (012-282 4488) of Space Realty Sdn Bhd, who closed the deal, the aging owners found the substantial size of the property difficult to maintain. The attractive pricing (cost psf was below RM400) and location was too good to ignore -- the buyers had to seal the deal.
As of January’s end 2024, there are a total of 100 listings for sale around Bukit Damansara, with an average asking price of RM8,249,500 or RM1,267.58 psf. As for rental listings, there are a total of 50, with an average monthly rent of RM16,900 or RM2.76 psf.
