KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 22): Ehsan Bina Group officially launched ForestHill Residences on Sunday. The development, located in Damansara Perdana, has achieved over 70% in sales since its soft launch in January 2023.

“We believe that demand for pure residential titled homes set amid nature’s surroundings, with panoramic lake views and good accessibility to major highways, will continue to be strong. After all, we are a family-run developer, and our aspiration is to build family homes for others,” said Ehsan Bina chief financial officer Jamie Lai.

Additionally, the company said in a press statement on Saturday that they are optimistic that the development will achieve a 100% take-up rate this year.

With a gross development value of RM450 million, ForestHill Residences is located on a 4.92-hectare site, and will feature two towers and comprise 618 total units. The units’ built-ups span between 953 sq ft and 1,527 sq ft. Selling prices start from RM580 psf. Completion is expected in the first quarter of 2027.

According to the statement, ForestHill Residences targets young executives that are starting a family. It emphasises green initiatives such as electric-vehicle charging pods, rainwater harvesting, and a lake that serves as an on-site stormwater detention tank. The development is built on a rehabilitated land that was a former wasteland where quarrying activities took place.
