PETALING JAYA (July 31): S P Setia Bhd launched the first phase of Laelia double-storey terrace homes, Laelia 1, at its Setia Bayuemas township in Klang, Selangor, yesterday.

According to a media announcement by S P Setia, Laelia 1 comprises 98 freehold units of terrace homes, including 44 units of loft-style homes offering a built-up area between 1,568 sq ft and 1,604 sq ft, as well as 54 units of conventional double-storey terrace homes with built-up area between 1,865 sq ft and 1,960 sq ft.

Each unit has three or four bedrooms and bathrooms, and are priced between RM600,000 to RM1.2 million.

Laelia 1 has a gross development value (GDV) of RM71.75 million.

Laelia will include Setia i-Home features, which means they will be installed with solar photovoltaic conduit, electric vehicle ports and green switches for convenient control of electrical appliances.

Also includes are Box 366 food and parcel delivery drop boxes designed by S P Setia.

The developer also announced that Laelia will allow homeowners to “customise and extend their living space on the group floor to suit their changing needs and lifestyle, while simultaneously being in a nature-filled environment complete with pocket parks and a lake”.

Setia Bayuemas spans 545 acres of freehold land and tts master plan comprises affordable apartments, landed terraces, cluster homes, semi-dees, and bungalows.

It is located within easy access to three highways, including North-South Expressway (Elite) and Shah Alam Expressway (Kesas).
