Kwok also deemed the deal good one as both parties benefited from this transaction. 

“The asking price was fair for the area. The contract terms were reasonable, and there was constant and clear communication. In the end, I think everything worked out well for everyone involved, and the deal was finalised successfully,” he added. 

As of end of May, there were 17 for sale listings for properties at Windmill Upon Hills on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM918,764 or RM1,175.80 psf. Meanwhile, there were three rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM4,000 or RM3.81 psf.
