KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 31): Loss-making builder Pasukhas Group Bhd has secured a RM21 million contract to build a production building, warehouse and three-storey office in Kulai, Johor.

The contract was awarded by Attractive Venture (JB) Sdn Bhd, said Pasukhas in a bourse filing, adding that the physical construction period will be 12 months.

Pasukhas, which has been in the red since 2018, reported a wider net loss of RM15.36 million for the first nine months of 2022, versus RM868,000 for the previous corresponding period.

This is despite revenue growing 16% to RM70.2 million from RM60.32 million.

Shares of Pasukhas closed unchanged at two sen on Tuesday (Jan 31), valuing the group at RM38.1 million.
