Pavilion Suites Kuala Lumpur is strategically located at Jalan Bukit Bintang, the shopping destination for locals and tourists alike in the heart of the capital city. Besides an assembly of shopping malls, there are myriad dining and entertainment options in this area.

Pavilion Suites itself is a 51-storey serviced residence tower with at least 383 units, and is strategically located right next to the highly popular Pavilion KL shopping centre. 

“The owner of this fully-furnished unit was a foreigner, who wanted to rent his luxurious residence to someone who would appreciate the branded unit in all its glory,” said Megan Goh (REN 37916) (012-531 8882) of Polygon Properties Sdh Bhd, who concluded the deal.

The tenant, on the other hand, loved the unit as the whole ambience of Pavilion Suites exuded luxury. 

“The building is also located just beside Pavilion in Bukit Bintang – Malaysia’s most-prized shopping and entertainment district in KL.  Besides, its fully-furnished custom-made fittings in the designer suite are incomparable,” Goh added. 

The deal was smoothly concluded, as the competitive rate for a corner unit and the convenience of the whole place were actually gains for the tenant.  

As of mid-September, there were 100 listings of Pavilion Suites units on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM2,351,856 or RM2,719.08 psf. Meanwhile, there were 100 rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM13,925 or RM5.30 psf.
