Sunway Palazzio was developed by Sunway City Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the Sunway Group. This luxury freehold condominium is strategically located in the affluent neighbourhood of Taman Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur.
The residential component comprises two blocks housing 160 units with built-ups ranging from 2,507 to 5,327 sq ft, coupled with a private lift lobby.
Jalin Realty Sdn Bhd’s Evonne Lee, who co-brokered this deal with Elaine Kow (REN4363) of Reapfield Properties (Puchong) Sdn Bhd, said the previous owner was leaving the country, so they had to put it up for sale. At the same time, the buyer was looking for this specific layout in Sunway Palazzio.
“Units at Block A were hard to come by. The unit was still a good buy in terms of per square foot compared to other projects offering private lift lobbies. The buyer appreciated Sunway Palazzio’s great security, good location, easy access even during peak hours and that it was not surrounded by any future property development, hence the [unobstructed] views from this unit were guaranteed,” said Lee.
As of early-August, there were 11 listings for Sunway Palazzio on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM3,096,364 or about RM836 psf. Meanwhile, there were seven rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM9,928 or RM2.94 psf.
