Meanwhile, the tenant liked the unit for its unblocked view and good condition.
“The unit faced an unblocked view of the city skyline. It was also in a good condition as it had been taken care of by the previous tenant.”
Low added it was a win-win deal for both parties as the tenant enjoyed a relatively lower rental compared to other units while the owner was satisfied with the choice of tenant.
“The landlord liked the tenant who had promised to take care of the property and was even willing to spend some money on upgrading the unit.”
As of May 2022, there were 96 units at Banyan Tree Signatures Pavilion listed for sale in EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM3.4 million or RM2,118 psf. There were also 100 units listed for rental at an average asking monthly rent of RM8,341 or RM5.98 psf.
