PETALING JAYA (April 9): City developer SkyWorld Development Group launched SkyCraft, a co-creation platform where SkyWorld engages with future homebuyers to build their dream home.

The launch was held virtually via Facebook Live today (April 9).

In a press statement, SkyWorld chief executive officer Lee Chee Seng said the platform would enable the developer to gain feedback and innovative ideas from homebuyers in pursuit of quality city living.

“We want to create quality cityscape living, as we believe the ideas and feedback garnered from SkyCraft will help SkyWorld to build quality homes and elevate the urban sky living experience in a sustainable environment.”

Currently, future homebuyers are able to craft two projects from SkyWorld which are SkyAmanyi in Cheras and SkyRia by the Hills in Taman Melawati.

“We are currently at the drawing board for these two projects and it is timely for SkyWorld to engage with out potential homebuyers to see what innovative idea that are ‘good to have’ or ‘must to have’ so we can implement it in our new launches and build homes that meet the current market demand,” said Lee.

While there are only two projects in the platform for now, the developer will eventually include all upcoming new launches into the platform. This is to engage with the local community to better understand the needs and requirements of homebuyers before any launches takes place.

Additionally, SkyWorld has also launched the SkyCraft campaign where future homebuyers will stand a chance to win exclusive SkyWorld NFT art pieces.
