Located in Bandar Kinrara, Zest Point is one of the go-to commercial centres in the area for nearby residents. It is surrounded by a multitude of high-rise residential projects and neighbourhoods.

Concluded by Ho Chin Kun of One WSM Sdn Bhd, the previous owner of this three-storey shop decided to sell the unit as he wanted to direct that income to his main business instead.

“Originally the shop was a side income for him but he also has his main business. He decided to focus more on his main business and chose to sell the shop. With the sale, he channelled the profits to his main business instead.”

For the buyer, Ho shared that he is a property investor who was looking to expand his property portfolio.

“He was not specifically looking at Zest Point. Instead, we had proposed this unit to him,” Ho explained.

The investor decided to invest as it was a good deal with a decent rental yield. Additionally, the agreement also comes with an already tenanted unit making it a no hassle for him to find a tenant.

As of February 2022, five units at Zest Point were listed for sale on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM2.66 million or RM519.64psf. At the same period, only one unit has been listed for rent at a monthly asking rental price of RM1,500 or RM0.79 psf.
