Taman Desa Aman is a neighbourhood comprising terraced houses that makes up a part of the residential estates in Cheras. With its great connectivity to major highways, travelling to other neighborhoods such as Ampang Jaya, Sri Petaling, Bandar Tun Razak, Bukit Jalil and Seri Kembangan. Taman Desa Aman also is well connected with a variety of public transportation, making it convenient for the residents.

Nick Yap, real estate negotiator of GS Realty Sdn Bhd had shared that the buyer had been looking for areas specifically in Cheras since before the second movement control order (MCO) as they are very well familiar with the area.

Their search for their home abode came to an end after concluding the deal in October 2021, as when the buyer saw the house, they decided to proceed with the purchase because it was in a good condition to move in.

Meanwhile, for the owners, they had decided to sell their home as their children had grown up and moved out from the spacious house.

As of early-January 2022, there are 169 semi-detached units in Cheras that have been listed for sale in EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM1.94 million or RM528 psf while there are no units listed for rental in the area.
