Taman Desa Aman is a neighbourhood comprising terraced houses that makes up a part of the residential estates in Cheras. Meanwhile, for the owners, they had decided to sell their home as their children had grown up and moved out from the spacious house.

As of early-January 2022, there are 169 semi-detached units in Cheras that have been listed for sale in EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM1.94 million or RM528 psf while there are no units listed for rental in the area.
