Meanwhile, for the owner, Siow shared that they were looking for a more spacious area to accommodate their business expansion hence deciding to lease the unit.
As of early-January 2022, a total of nine units in Bukit Jelutong Industrial Park were listed for sale in EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM4.7 mil or RM749.2 psf while six units have been listed for rental with an average asking price of RM41,500 or RM1.92 psf.
