Pavilion Hilltop is located in the affluent neighbourhood of Mont’Kiara which has become an affinities among expatriates. Residents of the condominium are only a shy away from luxurious facilities and amenities to complete their daily needs. Developed by Pavilion Group and Kuwait Finance House, the entire development comprises 621 units across three blocks.

In fact, when they viewed this particular unit, the couple instantly grabbed the opportunity and placed an earnest deposit via cheque.
“They like the unit as it is well-maintained and most importantly, the unit is nicely priced,” shared Wong as he mentioned that other units in Pavilion Hilltop with the same size cost around RM1.55 mil to RM1.6 mil.”
So, not only did the buyer manage to snatch a good deal but they were also making an informed decision as they have surveyed the market beforehand.
According to EdgeProp Research, an average transacted price of RM1.73 mil or RM969.26 psf in 2019 were recorded for a total of 35 units in Pavilion Hilltop while an average transaction price of RM1.76 mil or RM960.53 psf for 16 units was recorded in 2020.
As of mid-October 2021, a total of 133 units were listed for sale in EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM2.3 mil or RM1,024.97 psf while 150 units have been listed for rental with an average asking price of RM8,111 or RM4 psf.
