KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 18): KSK Land, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KSK Group Bhd, has topped out the first tower (Tower A) of YOO8 branded residences serviced by Kempinski today.

In a press statement today, KSK Group chief executive officer and KSK Land managing director Joanne Kua said the company is proud and thankful to have braved through the pandemic and arrived at this important milestone for 8 Conlay without any major accidents or injuries.

“While the past year was indeed challenging, we observed that there is in fact stronger interest in the local market for branded residences like YOO8 compared to pre-Covid-19 times, while the international market remains engaged. As international borders begin to reopen, we look forward to welcoming visitors who are enthusiastic about owning a branded residence to our sales gallery,” she added.

Located on nearly four acres of freehold land at Kuala Lumpur city centre, 8 Conlay encompasses three towers, which features the world’s tallest twisted twin residential towers – the YOO8 serviced by Kempinski branded residences, the first and only five-star Kempinski Hotel in Malaysia; and four-storeys of lifestyle retail quarters.

It added that following the structural completion of the project’s first branded residential tower, KSK Land will be pushing forward with plans for its handover by the end of 2022 and the second tower (Tower B) by mid-2023.
