KUALA LUMPUR (April 26): Piling and foundation outfit Aneka Jaringan Holdings Bhd has secured a RM77.8 million subcontract for the construction of West Coast Expressway from IJM Construction Sdn Bhd.

Its wholly-owned Aneka Jaringan Sdn Bhd accepted the letter of award today to undertake the works related to the completion of West Coast Expressway for package works for Sections 3, 4, 5, 8, and 9, and to build Bridges S3-1 and S3-2 (SAE Interchange to NKVE/FHR2 Interchange).

“The subcontract forms part of the project, in respect of which IJM Construction is the works contractor and IJMC-KEB Joint Venture is the employer,” said the group in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

The subcontract is to be completed by Oct 15, 2022.

At market close, Aneka Jaringan shares closed unchanged at 30 sen. This valued the company at RM161.43 million.
