PETALING JAYA (March 18): Glomac Bhd will be unveiling the first phase of Primrose project in its Saujana KLIA township, Sepang which has a gross development value (GDV) of RM72 million tomorrow (March 19).
With an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM72 million, the first phase of Primrose comprises 123 double-storey terraced houses with land area measuring 20ft by 60ft and a built-up ranging between 1,560 sq ft and 2,288 sq ft.
The affordable homes are priced from RM498,800 for an intermediate unit.
In a virtual media briefing today, Glomac head of sales and marketing Kim Neoh said Primrose homes are crafted to cater for multigenerational living, hence the spacious design could cater to different needs such as work from home.
Being part of the 213-acre of Saujana KLIA development project, Primrose homes are ideal for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life while being able to purchase an affordable home with connectivity to the Salak Tinggi ERL station and easy accessibility to seven major highways.
Emphasising on the lifestyle it offers away from the city and affordable pricing, Neoh shared: “We are well aware and confident that consumers do look forward to affordable residential developments. The Primrose is the perfect start-up home for a modern family, or as an investment property, as the prices offered are affordable.”
Besides that, Primrose offers the ideal spot for those working and living in Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Dengkil and Nilai.
Neoh believes that projections for Primrose look promising as they had received around 100 registrations prior to the launch date, thanks to Glomac’s consistency in providing affordable homes.
“Glomac’s strength in developing affordable landed residential properties have been reflected countless times via its similar developments in Bandar Saujana Utama and Saujana Perdana, and Sungai Buloh. Landed homes in these development areas are normally taken up within weeks of launch,” she added.
Moving forward, Glomac also plans to launch the second phase of Primrose in the next six months.
With construction starting in 2015, Saujana KLIA has seen the development of seven other residential projects comprising 905 units of double-storey terraced homes and a neighbouring commercial hub of 72 units of shopoffices with an estimated GDV of RM560 milion.
Neoh noted that the township has around 30 to 40 acres of undeveloped land left, which might be used to develop affordable homes under the Rumah Selangorku scheme or commercial hubs.
