PETALING JAYA (Aug 27): Property developer Oriental Interest Bhd (OIB Group) has unveiled Irina by Myra Rumah Selangorku project in Puncak Alam.

Built on a 4.3-acre land with a total estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM66.92 million, Irina comprises 394 units with built-ups ranging from 750 sq ft to 1,000 sq ft. The project is expected to be completed in 2023.

Facilities include a 24-hour gated and guarded community, multipurpose hall, kindergarten, surau, futsal court, jogging path, playground, pond and reflexology path.

Besides that, Irina’s strategic location in Puncak Alam provides residents great accessibility to Shah Alam, Subang, Damansara, Sungai Buloh and more.

“RSKU projects don’t usually have the best of perceptions as they’re often thought of as basic homes that do not have any thought put into its aesthetics or practicality. Even with an attractive price point, RSKU projects are shunned for their small space, while some come without tiles and facilities.

“Irina seeks to change this perspective by emphasising that one can obtain a life of quality even with pocket-friendly housing projects,” said OIB Group general manager of sales and marketing Wendy Lim in a media statement today.

“As a property developer, we need to be flexible and adapt to the ever-changing values that homebuyers are looking for, and to build homes to meet those needs. We have worked hard to bring innovations that are instilled into Irina by Myra despite it being an RSKU project,” added Lim.
